Entering goods in the Auction

Entry Fee & Commission
We charge 15% commission plus £3.00 per lot per sale.
Admin Charge includes Insurance
We charge £3.00 per £500.00 of value.
Removals
We charge £65.00 per hour for packing and/or removal into our Auction Room.
Please note that a petrol charge will be added for longer distance removals.
Disposal
We offer a disposal service for non-saleable goods. The current cost of disposal is £400.00 per van load plus the time involved (not including disposal of fridges, freezers and tvs where an extra charge is applied).
Please note that we are unable by law to sell certain types of goods if they do not comply with fireproof regulations (do not have a fireproof label attached), or do not comply with electrical and gas regulations.
Withdrawal Charges
Goods withdrawn, which have already been accepted into the auction,
will be charged for at 15% commission of the mid-estimate price and buyers premium.
Accounts
You will receive an itemised list of all your sales with your payment. Removal staff will supply you
with a duplicate list of the goods you are entering. Any special instructions you have regarding their sale should be given to the removal staff in writing at the time of collection.
Please make sure you supply us with the name, address, email and contact
telephone number you would like the account sending to.
All costs are subject to VAT at standard rate.
